A residential/commercial project adjacent to the University of California, near downtown Berkeley, BART and all other City conveniences is an excellent example of the enormous possibilities mechanical parking systems offer to architects and developers. By incorporation a Klaus triple stack parking the project now has 39 independently accessible parking spaces and the developer has been able to provide 56 residential units (instead of 28 originally) and an additional 4000 square ft of retail space.
